  • Brief agreed. (save time by sending in advance can reduce costs by 2-3 days rate)
  • Information Gathering - Time spent at your site with each function. Receiving all relevant information and seeking clarity where needed.
  • 3 x sessions at your site with your people. Goal to produce clusters of opportunities that you prioritise for short/medium/long term operational work.
  • Opportunities and dependencies chart as an output for you to use going forward.

2. Map out the fragmented market you’re in, existing niches to strengthen your presence in and new markets you can start to address. Report results in a way you can use for operational planning and business plans.

  • Brief agreed on the scope and depth required.
  • Information Gathering including interviewing field based people and research & development people
  • 1 x sessions / week at your site to review how information is being brought together with the people who commissioned the work
  • PDF or PowerPoint report breaking down potential markets and how you can address them with recommendations.

3.Define the vital, evidence-based content you need to support sales.

  • Brief agreed. Purpose of attendance e.g. market intelligence, competitor analysis, relevance of content and conference activity.
  • Find selection of events for you to select from
  • Attend event.
  • Report back to company in person and a business case written up for you to include in operational planning.
